At Kodiak Consignment, we work hard to provide accurate descriptions, fair pricing, and high-quality service. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind consignment items, and our services involve scheduled labor, all sales and service bookings are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Consignment Retail Purchases
1.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of consignment items—unique, pre-owned, and not replaceable—all in-store and online sales are final.
We do not offer:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Store credit for returned items
Please examine items carefully before purchasing.
1.2 Condition Disclosure
We make every effort to accurately represent item condition in:
• Photos
• Descriptions
• Tags
• Online listings
However, items are sold as-is. Normal wear on pre-owned items is expected.

2. Online Orders, Shipping & Delivery
2.1 No Returns on Shipped Items
All shipped consignment purchases are final.
2.2 Damaged During Shipping
If an item is damaged during shipping:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email photos of the damage and packaging to [insert email]
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refunds for shipping-damaged items are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier’s claim decision.

3. Service Refunds
(Organizing, Downsizing, Decluttering, Move-Outs, Estate Sales, Packing Services)
3.1 Deposits
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Deposits apply toward your final balance unless the appointment is cancelled.
3.2 Cancellations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may avoid additional charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed at the full service rate, at our discretion.
3.3 Refunds for Services Already Performed
We do not provide refunds for:
• Time already worked
• Completed or partially completed organizing or decluttering sessions
• Completed estate sale or clean-out labor
3.4 Service Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with a service:
• Contact us within 24 hours
• We will evaluate the issue
• If appropriate, we may offer a correction session or partial goodwill credit
• Decisions are made case-by-case and at our sole discretion

4. Gift Cards & Store Credit
• All gift card sales are final
• Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

5. Workshop, Event, or Class Fees (if applicable)
If Kodiak Consignment offers workshops or classes:
• Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
• No refunds for no-shows
